  • Session 2: Fundamental of Ayurveda- Panchamahabhut and Tridosha / UshahPana
  • Session 3: Dosha’s & Prakriti- Understanding the human constitution / Kavala-Gandusha
  • Session 4: Prakriti- Practical application / Nasya
  • Session 5: Sapta Dhatu, Mala
  • Session 6: Concept of Agni and Koshtha- Understanding the Process of Digestion and metabolism
  • Session 7: Ayurvedic Nutrition – AAHAR - Six types of Taste: Shadrasa
  • Session 8: Dosha Get’s Disturbed by What Factors….. & Kriya-Kala
  • Session 9: Causes of health and disease- Nidra, Brahmcharya, Atma-Indriya-Mana
  • Session 10: Preventive health care- Ritucharya
  • Each Session will have 2 and Half Hour of Live interactive Class and 30 minutes of Q&A and Doubt solving.
